MGSFlood is sold as either a one-time purchase or an annual license. The one-time purchase includes technical support for 3-months. The annual license includes on-going technical support, free program upgrades, and training at a reduced price.

MGSFlood Light Version (Single Precipitation Time Series)
MGSFlood Light includes all features and functionality of the full version. The only difference is it comes with one precipitation time series. This version is useful for those who work within a limited area (such as a City) where a single precipitation time series covers all of the projects they work with. MGSFlood Light can be upgraded to the full version in the future with the purchase price applied to the cost of the full version.
